The aims: Take staff out of their usual environment to enable them to focus on the company’s strategy, plus a bit of morale-boosting
The event: A teambuilding day and staff conference combined at Mar Hall, Renfrewshire, in October 2008. Staff were whisked away to this great venue, wined, dined and booked in for spa treatments, with a formal staff meeting during the day.
