The Re-Birth of the Queen Mother’s Hospital
You may be aware that the Queen Mother’s Hospital in Glasgow will close its doors in January, 2010, and transfer its services to the site of The Southern General Hospital. The Queen Mother’s Hospital was opened by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother, on 23rd September, 1964.
The closure of this hospital marks the end of an era in Glasgow and as a respected, local business, we would like to offer you the opportunity to share in this celebration and contribute to its success, giving the Hospital and its staff the farewell they deserve. To this end we ask if you would consider co-sponsoring the event to the value of £550.
How the Sponsorship can help you:
• Raise levels of brand awareness
• Benefit from media value generated from press coverage in SCENE Around – Scottish Field Magazine
The “Rebirth of the Queen Mother’s” will be celebrated with a dinner dance at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Glasgow on 20th November, 2009. The dinner will be attended by consultants, along with approximately 200 staff of the Queen Mother’s Hospital, past and present, medical and non-medical. Prior to the dinner, the Crowne Plaza will be host to a scientific convention. This event will allow medical and midwifery staff from near and far to have the opportunity to hear state of the art lectures, to exchange ideas and to meet colleagues and friends, past and present.
The Package of Rights:
• Acknowledgements on the night
• Branding on all press releases (subject to timing of agreement of sponsorship)
• Branding on menus / table plans / raffle envelopes
• 2 Places at the dinner dance
