Magic launch for new Mini Coupe
The new Mini Coupe is all the rage at the moment – it’s even on the Jonathan Ross show – and the extratime partnership played a big part in the hotly anticipated launch. On the big day in October we whipped the cover off a shiny red Mini Coupe at our inspirational event for Peter Vardy at their showroom in Edinburgh. To give it a unique twist, the extratime team came up with a ‘Mini magic’ theme, carrying this through from the ‘No Illusion’ tag line to the celebrity magician, and fire-breathing champion cocktail maker. Kevin McMahon, star of Faking It reality TV show, performed amazing tricks for the crowd of invited guests. Every detail had been meticulously planned, from co-ordination of the branding and product placement to welcoming and inspiring the guests. All in all it was fun, stylish and magical – just like the Mini Coupe!
