Landlords and property investors in Paisley were guests of honour at the official opening of the local Merchant Lettings office in early November. The Extra Time Partnership team laid on an informative and relaxed event with plenty of refreshments at this sociable evening at the Watermill Hotel in Paisley, helping to establish a positive profile for the lettings agency and forge new links with local business people. Arranging this convivial evening was just one element of a programme of promotional work extratime is carrying out for Merchant Lettings.

Glitz, glamour and fast cars

An annual ball and awards ceremony with added Va Va Voom was required, and that’s what extratime delivered. This October, 450 excited guests gathered at the famous Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh for the Peter Vardy annual ball. It was an unforgettable evening and an opportunity to bring together colleagues and VIP guests to celebrate all the achievements made by this successful car dealership throughout the past year.

“Congratulations on the ball – a real success!” and “Great job guys – what a night” were typical of the feedback we received. See the extratime partnership facebook page for pictures and details.

Guests were greeted on the iconic Murrayfield trackside by four of the latest cars, a big screen welcome and a full pipe band. Once inside, they were cocooned within a stage set evoking the corporate style. There was dancing and casino action, as well as the announcement of prestigious company awards.

The extratime team can’t wait for next year’s bash – there’s plenty of time to work out how to make it even more spectacular than this one!

Magic launch for new Mini Coupe

The new Mini Coupe is all the rage at the moment – it’s even on the Jonathan Ross show – and the extratime partnership played a big part in the hotly anticipated launch. On the big day in October we whipped the cover off a shiny red Mini Coupe at our inspirational event for Peter Vardy at their showroom in Edinburgh. Our launch party marked the arrival in Scotland of this much vaunted new addition to the Mini range. See all the photos on our Facebook page

To give it a unique twist, the extratime team came up with a ‘Mini magic’ theme, carrying this through from the ‘No Illusion’ tag line to the celebrity magician, and fire-breathing champion cocktail maker. Kevin McMahon, star of Faking It reality TV show, performed amazing tricks for the crowd of invited guests. Every detail had been meticulously planned, from co-ordination of the branding and product placement to welcoming and inspiring the guests. All in all it was fun, stylish and magical – just like the Mini Coupe!

Gordon Sherry Golf

Extra Time Partnership are thrilled to be representing Gordon Sherry Golf in the World of both corporate golf sales as well as to support the development of the Players Academy set up by Gordon to bring talented youngsters through the ranks and into the world of the PGA professional environment.

Gordon is maybe best known for winning the Amateur Championship in 1995 and playing in the Open and US Masters. Finishing 4th in the 1995 Scottish Open at Carnoustie, he then enjoyed an incredible week at St Andrews during the Open where he played with Watson, Norman, Nicklaus, Singh, Michelson and Calcaveccia. The moment everyone remembers was when Gordon had a hole-in-one whilst playing with Watson and Nicklaus.
